Every Practice Has a Purpose

RA1 Basketball

No standing around. No running laps for no reason. No 2-hour scrimmages disguised as "practice."

An RA1 practice looks like this:

  • Warm-up with ball handling progression
  • Skill station rotations (shooting, finishing, defense)
  • Game IQ segment (reads, spacing, decision making)
  • High-energy drills with coaching in real-time
  • Team play to apply what they learned

Every minute counts. Your kid leaves better than they walked in.
